Butter Sugar Cream – Ordering & Pickup Policy

To ensure consistent quality, efficient operations, and a smooth customer experience, Butter Sugar Cream maintains the following ordering and pickup policies. Placement of an order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

1. Pickup Sales Model

Customers should place an order only if they are able to personally retrieve it during the designated pickup window.

2. Designated Pickup Window

All orders must be collected between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM (EST) on the scheduled pickup date.
This timeframe allows our team to uphold production standards and ensure all items are provided at peak freshness.

3. Late or Missed Pickups

Orders that are not retrieved by 4:00 PM are considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been discussed and formally confirmed.
Abandoned orders are non-refundable and non-transferable, as products are made to order and cannot be resold.

4. Communication

If you anticipate any issue with your scheduled pickup time, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us before the pickup window closes to request accommodation. Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
