1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Pickup & Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Picking up their order within the designated pickup window

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive shipped deliveries

Orders not picked up on time or affected by incorrect addresses, unattended deliveries, or carrier delays are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

3. Quality Concerns

If you believe there is a production-related issue with your order, please contact us on the same day of receipt with clear photos and a description of the concern.
Eligible issues may include:

  • Receiving the incorrect item

  • Missing items in the order

  • Significant preparation errors on our part

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect product quality

  • Items damaged in transit (carrier responsibility)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders abandoned after the pickup window

5. Resolution Process

If an issue qualifies for review, Butter Sugar Cream will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial credit, refunds, or replacement at our discretion.
