All shipped orders are baked fresh and packaged with care. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped as soon as they are prepared to maintain product quality.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through reliable, trackable carriers selected by Butter Sugar Cream. Available shipping speeds and associated costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed, as transit times are controlled by the carrier.

3. Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping availability may vary based on product type, perishability, and seasonal temperature conditions.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Butter Sugar Cream is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Butter Sugar Cream is not responsible for shipping delays, damage in transit, or delivery failures caused by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly for real-time tracking or delivery adjustments.

6. Perishable Product Guidelines

Many of our products are perishable. Butter Sugar Cream is not responsible for items that spoil due to:

  • Delayed pickup after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Unattended deliveries

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

7. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of baked goods, shipped orders are non-refundable. Replacements may be offered only in cases of confirmed production errors on the part of Butter Sugar Cream.
